CORN DRYING RATES

4 cents per point of moisture down to 15.0 % for selling and down to 13.0 % for storage or grain bank.   1.35 % shrink factor is applied for each 1% of moisture above 15.0 % moisture for selling or 13.0 % if storing.  Corn moisture from 13.1% to 15.0 % will have shrink assessed to 13.0 % but will have no drying charged if placed in storage or grain bank.  Any corn moisture above 15.1 % will have normal drying and shrink assessed.

Custom Drying

Custom Dry charge of 5 cents per bushel plus regular drying charges.

Custom dried corn must be hauled out within 5 days of delivery.

SOYBEAN MOISTURE DISCOUNTS

If stored, a shrink factor of 3 % per point of moisture down

to 13.0 % applies.  If sold within 15 days, a 3 % monetary discount is

applied instead of the shrinkage of bushels.

STORAGE RATES

Regular Corn and Oats Storage:

10 cents per bushel for the first 60 days.

2 ½ cents per bushel per month thereafter.

Regular Soybean Storage:

12 cents per bushel for the first 60 days.

2 ½ cents per bushel per month thereafter.

Regular Storage Rates increase on all grains to 4 cents per month after one year.

Any stored grain hauled out will have a 13-cent  in/out charge assessed.

 Grain Banked Corn and Oats

3 cents per bushel for the first 60 days.

1 ½ cents per bushel per month on declining balance thereafter.

Grain banked grain must leave the co-op as processed feed,

otherwise a 13 cent in/out charge will be added to the regular tariff storage charges.

  Storage charges will be billed when each warehouse receipt is depleted, or in December of each year for that year’s storage, whichever comes first.

Grain Bank storage rates increase on all grains to 3 cents per month after one year.

Winn Coop Truck & Grain Vac Charges

Trucking is 10-cents per bushel with Coop driver and it is at the Coop’s discretion to location of delivery.

Grain Vac, with our employee,

is 10-cents per bushel for corn & 12-cents per bushel for beans.

½ cent each ½ pound below 54 – 52

1 cent each ½ pound below 52 – 50

1 ½ cents each ½ pound below 50 – 48

2 cents each ½ pound below 48

 

Corn Moisture:

Corn Damage:

1 cent each bushel each 1% from 5% - 7%

2 cents each bushel each 1% from 7% - 10%

3 cents each bushel each 1% from 10% - 15%

4 cents each bushel each 1% above 15%

 

Corn Foreign Material:

2 cents each bushel each 1% over 3 – 4

3 cents each bushel each 1% over 4 – 5

4 cents each bushel each 1% over 5 – 8

5 cents each bushel each 1% above 8%

 

Corn and Soybean:   Other Factors:

Musty 10 cents per bushel

Sour 10 cents per bushel

Infested 10 cents per bushel

 

Bean Test Weight:

No Discount

Bean Moisture:

If stored, a shrink factor of 3% per point of moisture down to 13% applies.  If sold within 15 days, a 3% monetary discount is applied instead of the shrinkage bushels.

3 cent each point above 2% - 10% damage

4 cents each point above 10% - 15%

5 cents each point above 15%

Bean Foreign Material:

Over 1% will be deducted from weight.
